From the picture, it could be an entirely appropriate original French Laprade, or a perfectly acceptable Japanese SR or Strong licensed copy of a Laprade, or a modern generic Taiwanese copy. The design is appropriate, so you are quibbling the manufacturer's mark which we can't even see.
