@velocio, here. Slightly too many course points for a Garmin to handle, but it'll still have the pink line all the way to Dunwich. The route is based on the 'official' list of villages, though could be economised a little, e.g. cutting out fyfield, finchingfield, etc. (nota bene, I plotted this for personal use and cannot be held responsible for any navigational errors that may arise from its use)
@damo: last year I did it in 6:40 riding time. This year I'm for 6 hours flat and I don't really plan on stopping.
