Well aerobars are 500g. Just weighed the wheels, all in with tyres, innertube caps etc.. 1.66kg front, 1.72kg rear. According to that weenie site Aksiums are 1916g together and a decent set of wheels would be ~1550-1600kg so ~300g saving. I think I can see where this is going!

Decent set of wheels including skewers would be 1550-1600g. So that's another ~150g for a low-end Mavic pair of rods.
