Oh, and I'm keen to use Google Latitude during the event as a vague guide to helping if anyone has trouble.
Google Latitude is an addition to Google Maps and allows you to share your location with other people.
I know it works really well on Blackberrys and Android phones... not sure how it works on iPhone but pretty sure it does work.
If you want to add each other then use the mailing list to give out your email addresses and I'll make sure that the mailing list stays private.
The Seldom Killer doesn't have a smart phone, but I may just give him an iPad 3G for the weekend so that he's not entirely bored shitless whilst waiting for us :) I'll install Latitude on that for him.
