All of those who have paid for the coach should find in their email box this morning an email about a mailing list.
Basically... to ensure that during the event everyone can stay in touch, and to assist with logistics prior to the event surrounding the coach back, there is an email mailing list.

People should still use this thread for general stuff... but the mailing list should be used for logistics around the coach and more specific stuff.
