i'm off running till i get some new (properly fitted) shoes. after three lunchtime/after work runs a week for the the last three weeks my knee caps feel like they've come adrift . any slight twist of the knee makes me feel like my legs are going to crack/snap in half. not painful exactly but very uncomfortable and quite disconcerting. i'm cycling (gently) and swimming till i feel like by ligaments and bones have re-connectd themselves properly. then new shoes.
