SIDI or Shimano - discuss Is it worth paying that bit more for SIDI over Shimano road shoes? I am torn between the Shimano R132 http://www.wiggle.co.uk/p/cycle/7/Shimano_R132_Road_Cycling_Shoes/5360039441/ and the SIDI Genius 5.5CC http://www.wiggle.co.uk/p/cycle/7/Sidi_Genius_55_CC_Road_Cycling_Shoes/5360045632/ I am currently using Specialized MTB shoes on my road bike and suffering bad cramping and tightness across the foot after 15 or so miles

in my case yes, I have narrow feet and the Shimano options are too wide for me. Narrow Sidi for * :-/ expensive...
As stated earlier in the thread - get thee to a foot place (cyclesurgery/condor) and get fitted properly.
