Just seen a bloke in cuffs and his wife (?) being led away by the police at the end of St. Martins Lane near Traf algar Square. The policeman had an expensive-looking tan leather saddle in his hand (maybe a Brooks, didn't really see) plus a bag of what looked like bike bits...
