  • I made lamb koftas last night.
    Served with a dill and yoghurt dressing on a herby couscous bed.

    Kofta:
    Lamb mince, ground cumin, crushed corriander seeds, fresh mint, fresh corriander, salt, pepper.

    Couscous:
    Couscous, bouillon, fresh corriander, fresh dill, (fried the following then added to the couscous: Cashews, Almonds, chilli flakes, chilli powder, pepper, nutmeg)

    Dressing:
    Yoghurt, chopped dill

    So tasty and simple. And and tons left for tonight.
