nope, sucks balls, but haven't got a single long ride in the last month cause of my knee so due to lack of preparation and the risk that my knee could blow in the middle of the night somewhere in essex I'm out
Going for a two week holiday though the weekend after, that should be enough rest for the knee so once I'm back I'm determined to do it later this autumn
Anyone up for it daytime in say sept / oct? Sooner the better I think to get as much sun as possible
