From the CCTV they cut the chain (Abus Extreme 37) for sure but I cannot see the fagh. However they must have done because both the chain and the fagh were connected to the bike stand?
Bad luck! It sounds like a professional operation, 3 guys to steal one bike, surely they can't just be flogging this for £100 (or less) to someone who will sell it on...
How solid were the bike railings? Is it possible that they might have cut through the railings and then just removed the bike with the locks attached?
