Where abouts in Stepney Green do you live?
Take a walk around Globe road, Massingdon st, the shops by the bridge on Globe road and the Estates off of Cephas St. A group of Aisan youths constantly have stolen bikes and hang around there. I will keep an eye out, poss put up your contact details So i can give you a shout if I see it.
