My physio just diagnosed me with a case of quadriceps tendonitis :(
She said rest will fix it but we all know thats not going to happen. She knew that and gave me some exercises that can be put to use for most knee ailments.
Just do around 10 squats with your back against a wall around 3 times a day. If your knees dont ache afterwards its not being done properly. You gotta feel the burn!
