Let just says it's pretty ugly with the stem, but unless there's an oversized quill stem, it's the only option for the Deda Newton bar, just need to get the Open Pro laced to Amboriso hubs to match the rear;

Get rid of stem, bars, levers. Get quill stem, white saddle and white bar tape. done IMO.
