Fixing Punctures / Puncture Repair / Exploding Tubes

I'm pretty sure that people who know better than me have said that you shouldn't ever use levers to put tyres onto rims, as it is more likely to cause pinching which can lead to exploding tubes. This does mean that I occasionally need help from passing small girls (or Nhatt) to help me get the tyre back on. Strong I am not.
