27.2mm. Very common seatpost diameter. I doubt you would find any seatpost that was 27.2mm long (other than a slammed BMX pivotal seat), or any manufacturer that wouldn't round 27.2cm down to 27...
As for the wheel... £20 extra for that sir. Bear in mind it is 6 speed, so 126mm axle spacing. I think I paid £35 for it and used it for a week, until the rest of my bike broke. Can chuck a repaired tube and an old tyre on it if you need.
Sounds good, can i get a look at that lot sometime this week??

Yeah, let me know a day in advance and I'll have to take the post and bars/stem to work. The wheel is already there.

I've got (most of) this alu Trek bike in the shed thats not being used and is too big for me. Only thing missing is the wheels, which is admittedly quite a big bit...
Says 60cm on the frame, and felt a bit too big for me, being 5'11".
It used to be my brothers commuter, so was doing a fair old distance around London so isn't pristine, there are scuffs here and there on the paint. Could also do with a bit of a clean and overhauling of gears and breaks etc. I've still got the cassette for the back wheel, but I'm not sure how much life is left in the teeth and chain so some or all of the drive-train may need replacing.
Not suitable for converting to fixed..
Maybe about 100 quid? Can put up pictures if there is any interest.
Also assorted musical stuff (OT..) 2 technics 1210 mk2's, a couple of old samplers (Yamaha a4000 and EMU ESi2000) EMU Procussion drum machine and an original FocusRite saffire 26 sound card. Anyone interested, I can pass on further details..

I need a compost bin
http://www.birmingham.getcomposting.com/Shop/Composters.html
If you are too tight to buy one of those you can buy a regular plastic bin and cut a hole in the bottom.
Things that arent kitchen waste dont really need to be in a bin either, just stick it in a heap and use bits of wire & crates to keep it tidy.

do you still have the frame for sale?

I'd get mine from Sandwell council, £17 for a 330 litre one + £5 delivery.
Might just use (i.e. vandalize) the garden waste bin though.

Six degrees up or down. What else can I say? It's a stem. It does what it's supposed to do.
Here: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170515294431
I can deliver sameday within 10 miles of Birmingham if necessary - free! Or you can pick it up from me - if you want it and you live in Brum, offer me a non-ridiculous price and I will take it off eBay.
I will be in Wales between the 19th and 22nd so any time after that.

You're at least the third person to ask me that! The Kona is for touring and general pannier-carrying, so will be broken down and kept in a cupboard or attic somewhere, seeing as I only get to tour once or twice a year.
Now got 4 bikes, which sucks.
I have 3 semi-working bikes in the shed as well. Probably convert them all into polo bikes and sell them off cheap
