I have 3 dough recipes. Olive oil dough is best though. Nuknow - do you use as a pizza stone?
I don't, just conventional oven. I was baking a lot recently and came to terms with my oven, which is shit, just a cheap electric one. The temperature needs to be like 250º to make anything proper, maybe the stone would help.
At my parents in Portugal there's a wood oven, perfect for pizzas.
