No they aren't. Petacchi's still got the edge for max power (same goes for the absent Boonen), and riders like Farrar and Boasson Hagen probably have as much snap (and McKewen, despite his age).
Teams have got wise to the mechanics of the HTC train, which is 90% of the Cav equation.
