  • My right knee has really started to go beyond aching and now hurts. As its my right knee is the advice on this thread solely for left knees or can it be applied to both?

    My roller came today and I gave it a good 20-25 minutes on my IT Bands, Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads, Calves and my upper back (I wasn't too keen on hearing my spine crunch)... I'm liking the pain though.

    I'll give it another go on Friday and Saturday. I'm probably do a gentle 20-25miles tomorrow and see if any of this pays off for my right knee when I go for a long ride on Sunday.
