There doesn't seem to be enough praise of this man
24 years old, in his second Tour de France came in 2nd on an incredibly tough cobbled stage to take 2nd over all. He sat on one of the best cobbles riders wheels and for a momment I thought he might even jump Thor on the line for the win.

Brilliant performance by Mr Thomas. I was impressed by Cummings's work in the breakaway too.

For the Brits the next three days are all about Cavendish.

Then its all about Wiggins and Millar in the GC.
