I have some shirts with the cocktail cuff - not a big fan, fiddly when worn with a suit as the cuff isnt flush enough to the wrist. I got em though because i am a firm believer that cufflinks should only be used when wearing formal wear/suit/jacket.
Jeans + cuffed shirt = big no no, like wearing high heels with a shell suit
