  • just made and ate dinner:
    veggie and egg messy stir fry.

    Take lots of nice fresh veg.
    chuck in wok with hot oil in it.
    pour in copious soy sauce.
    add dried chilli and some sugar.
    cook until all veg is just beginning to be softened.
    pour off excess soy sauce so dish is near dry.
    chuck in 2 eggs. and mix.
    serve when egg is thoroughly mixed and cooked.

    mmmmmm mmmmm.
    time to make- 7-10 mins.
    delish and healthy.
