Best of all we recently did a documentary about the IDB - and interviewed at length Ahmed Mohammed Ali Al-Madani, the actual director.
Better than that we recently did a report from Ouagadougou about the ICT Best Practices Forum 2010 - one of the main topics for that was internet fraud.
