people who get paid to stand in the corner with a pair of headphones half on their head nodding to themselves. just put the ipod on shuffle and be done with it. this isn't 2000 people in ibiza it's a wet tuesday night in a bar that's a cafe during the day.

I know someone who used to routinely get gigs like this and just turn up and run out a pre-recorded mix off a CD player of some funk and other chilled out stuff. In the meantime he was busy practicing into his headphones for weekend dance sets until he could afford his own turntables.

Not sure he ever got cought out.
