I don't get people who don't get coriander, garlic, olives, humus, yoghurt, anchovies, sour cucumbers etc.
I dig all of those bar coriander and anchovies (I'm a vegetarian) you can't compare one with the other though, when fresh it's just so powerful and it will take over all the other flavours of a meal, perhaps my palate is not sophisticated enough to appreciate it.
