The first draft of the rules is done, it's based on the NAHBPC Rules (http://leagueofbikepolo.com/forum/general/2010/07/02/rules-for-nahbpc)
There are quite a few changes, ball-jointing is allowed anywhere on court, but must be passed before a shot. There are structured penalties. Back talking the ref isn't allowed. etc etc. There's also clauses with regard to playing the ball high, you can lob, and block a lob pass, but you can't try and shoot a ball above the height of your bars.
