Open VLC, load the file as a playlist, sorted. Stream is absolutely perfect. Had no end of trouble with the ITV and tvcatchup streams yesterday, but then again my internet connection is shite.

what kind of quality are those streams? eurosport does an HD stream, but streaming HD through a flash browser seems a bit silly (gets jerky, and not from bandwith, processing I think). I think a feed to VLC would be much better.
