But- my gf would be a vegetarian, but when she was a kid, she had some health issues after turning vegan, and the doctor advised her that fish would be important in her diet.
Whilst I have no doubt that a vitamin/ mineral pill could help her, I have no idea- and neither does she anymore, exactly which vitamin is required.
I suppose I will call myself a pescetarian.

Incidentally, it has been often noted that upon a food allergy arising, a return to the 'Iron Age diet' can alleviate the food allergy somewhat after a while- and is very, very healthy-
The Iron Age diet being, copious amounts of meat, and raw berries and vegetables that were easily scavangeable.
