Go to flickr and ask for a password reminder (they might use different accounts or something for yahoo, I dunno). Make sure you are using the right one.
If your username and pw are ok..
Close your browser and restart it. Then go straight to the sign in page for flickr and try your username/password combo again. If that doesn't work clear your browsers cookies and repeat.
