just did my first mma training session today, seems I've missed this kind of thing a lot... (did thai boxing for 6 years or so)
Anyone know any good places to train/gyms in south london/croydon?
Also it's clear I need some shorts, I heard a few creaks/crack from my gym shorts and I'd rather not wreck em
