Yep, they always make it look so easy. You buy a cheap flat on an auction, spend a grand on magnolia paint and new sink, ask brother in law to help laying the carpets down, find some professionals who are willing to pay huge deposit. And done!
I feel personal satisfaction when I see those twats who worked in the City for 20 years fail as developers. No mate, rewiring the house and putting up tiles in the bathroom need real skills. And that cheap villa in Tuscany is cheap for a reason too.
