  • The important thing is not to eat any carbs in the evening. Or morning. A carb at lunch is ok but only a small one.
    Water - good water, not tap water which is loaded with added Kcals - should never be consumed with food but it is ok to enjoy a glass of your own urine with your carb at lunch.
    Hot food is bad for you. Cold food is worse. Food should be tepid. Tepid carb and lukewarm protein should form 90% of your diet. The other 10% should be thrown away.
    Above all though you should worry and fret about your food. Do not enjoy it. Do not use your common sense (Experiments have proved that using common sense actually decreases the body's metabolic rate).
    Every day you must look in the mirror and say "I am fat. I am disgusting. I am a tub of wobbling horse shit". The tears you will then start to cry are simply obese molecules leaving your system.
