Surely you could set yourself up on something relatively cheaply if you make your own, or buy a cheap old one. You only need the rollers, none of this electrical fancy bollocks. I reckon you could make a frame up out of wood that could hold the bike in place and still be supportive enough not to rattle apart under the occaisional sprint.
