  • Just beer, its pretty calorific. But that can be a good thing. I bet your not fat, and neither are most of the people asking for fat loss advice in general.

    Its a cliche, but learn to accept your own body. Freakish traits like being ultra lean and small is more of a bad thing than good.

    Small = weak
    Small = malnourished/unhealthy
    Six Pack/Abzors = display of weakness & malnutrition
    Low Bodyweight = weak & easy to throw around

    I wouldn't say Im fat but for my height/width im pretty heavy:

    Just under 6 foot tall, 15 stone, 35" waist (cos I wear my jeans low).... just need to trim...

    Theres some good advice here, definitely going to try it out.
