i find walking good for loosing a bit of weight. it doesn't make you feel hungry like cyling and because its low intejsity you burn fat as a fuel source instead of carbs with high intensity cycling/running.
i also stop eating a meal when full and don't feel obligued to clear every plate.
Dale, you and Henry both should know that when you burn fats as a fuel source you create ketones. Not good! But I guess the fat has to go somewhere, so it's being burnt one way or another.
