  • Started running again last month. My routine is Mon-Fri mornings for 35 about minutes, I'd like to build it up to 10K eventually but my best effort so far has been 7.2km, according to the machine, it is starting to feel like I've hit a glass ceiling, suggestions on how to increase speed/stamina are welcome.

    Sounds like you are trying to increase both speed and distance at the same time. I'd alternate between fast 5km's (working to increase speed) and slower jogs (working to increase distance).

    I struggle like mad to increase my pace though. So I may not be the best person to advise.
