Started running again last month. My routine is Mon-Fri mornings for 35 about minutes, I'd like to build it up to 10K eventually but my best effort so far has been 7.2km, according to the machine, it is starting to feel like I've hit a glass ceiling, suggestions on how to increase speed/stamina are welcome.
