cool, welll did a 41 minute 10k, 18 mile slow run this weekend took 2hours 45minute, going to have a crack at full marathon distance this weekend, it that a bad idea?
will be running and going to the gym less during this week to make sure the overall increase in mileage is compensated.
not trying to do it any particular time, but i think in order to do a circa 4 hour run i need a goal and a bit of a motivation otherwise like bagheera i struggle with getting bored, although i really enjoyed my ruin on sunday and think my feet are now hard enough not to give me too much bother.
12.5 weeks to go, realistically would be ecstatic with 3.30, dream world would be 3.15.
