I'm looking for a software developer. If you know someone, please forward their details to me. The right person for the job must have:
Proven track record in developing in Flex / AS3 and working with a Java back-end.
Key skills:
Flex & Actionscript 3
Solid OO skills & knowledge of design patterns
Any Flex framework (Mate, Cairngorm, PureMVC etc)
WebORB / BlazeDS / GraniteDS
Working with a Java back-end
SQL Server or MySQL
It would be highly advantageous to have experience in any of the following:
Spring, Hibernate, Flash video streaming
