  • that article makes a lot of sense. Nothing new in there, but good to read it.

    I'll be on my geared bike for a while, both to get used to it and make sure it works for dunwich, but also to rest my knees.

    That said, i'm riding quite a low gearing, never skid etc so doubt fixed is the main issue. I just think it's payback time for me never properly stretching, + i'm tense to begin with. Will be interesting to see how that roller thing works, just ordered one
