  • That would be your 'IT Band' I believe. I have had trouble with my right knee recently and I have found specific stretches (as well as the normal stretches I (try) to do before a long ride) help with the discomfort after to 20 mile mark of a ride...

    There are loads of exercises on YouTube. I may buy myself a foam roller too, to make it all a bit easier.

    cheers for the video, that foam roller thing is what he talked about, seems like a really good idea. not just for this but also to use to do your own leg massage, surely a nice thing after a ride
