I did from SE13 up there this morning 20 miles after getting on the canal at Harrow Rd.
Git your Roubaix on; lumpy bumpy and dusty but non-stop. Canal paths ain't good on 25c but honking over the two incredibly steep little ramps over a couple of inlets off the canal was fun.
