Joey baby, your Colnago is top, you do need some proper gumwall action to complete the package, the tyres look fat without the gumwall!
TNRC soon.
You're doing a LFGSS ride?!??!?!

• #30978
Joe if you do a TNRC with shit old tyres and puncture I'll laugh and ride on :blowsraspberry:

Rode the Mercian to work today thinking I'd finished it only for the jokers I work with to add the final part while I was having a cuppa.
Makes a great noise however so will at least ride home with it and use it to scare peds and nodders. If you see me this evening give me a wave and I'll give you a toot!

New thing nearly finished.
Wheels. bars, chainset and other junk is straight off the roberts. Early 70's Wes Mason frame courtesy of TheBonk.
Just waiting for some brown cloth velox tape to arrive and change the tyres so something more appropriate and it's done until I can afford some harden hubs and maybe replace brak with an old mafac.

haconb ... great... except for the suicide lever.
Upstart... lovely Mercian! Please take that bike inside where it will be safe, or get another U lock not that crappy cable. Or use tynan's paste (tm) when locking up.

Scorch is roght.
@skully, the naswer to your logo question is of course, the scourge of the West End... wankers who work in marketing!Haha I knew that would get you going. I liked the old typography of the the Veloflex. If that makes me a cunt then so be it.

Cheers guys, was the first frame I could find that would take 27s when my old vindec frame and forks snapped.

That Romulus is gorgeous. I absolutely LOVE Rivendells! look on Flickr.com/groups/rivenedll_bicycles

Stupidly happy with the Mason, goes like fuck, looks a little crude up close but weighs nothing, position feels nice and only about half an inch of toe overlap to worry about. Think im gonna keep the goldbrak for the time being as it matches the decal. Will hopefully get another set of bars/stem and finally go to HH.

what frame is that?

would rather have a black tyre that gripped well, had decent puncture protection and good ride quality than one with sidewalls the colour of a 70 year old naturists withered penis.
I'd rather stretch my foreskin around the rim than get all black Contis.

uh-huh
My comment wasn't a pop at Joe (I've done that elsewhere) but more for the benefit of Borntoolate, scorch and Mr Smyth.
