I've been with most of the companies at various times and they all have their faults but IMHO Orange are cunts, no ifs, buts, maybes, just pure cuntyness.

"They're dead to me"

They said it was Orange policy not to do 14 day returns on monthly contracts (there was actually very very very very very fine print corresponding to it on the contract I signed).
I've got in contact with their main customer service dept. last week as the manager basically said it's his decision and he wasn't going to.
