Yes, he is.
But he isn't a totally awful person, just a guy with some issues. I'm really tired of every thread on the forum turning into a "let's get a dig in at Lynx" thread. He's not that bad, he has some annoying habbits, and it looks like he is here to stay for a while (assuming that the ban is temporary).
Let's try and just deal with the situation like adults, not like elementary students.
