Please report dangerous drivers to the police - Roadsafe. Report to plod, not just whinge here.

Well thats what I thought, but didn't know if I was over-reacting...
However I didn't know if clipping my foot counted as a collision :) I didn't come off and handled the situation. Obviously I think he should have stopped and said "Shit mate, are you ok" or something along those lines, but didn't know whether it was something to bother the police about.

if you have suffered injury - they are obliged to report it. Your foot will swell or bruise I would guess - thus this is a reportable accident... Report it to the Police before he does. seriously. do it now.
