Serious answer:
Get a seriously stiff 30+mm profile rim and you'll be fine. To give the wheel adequate stiffness without a deep profile rim, considering your weight, and the low 18 spoke count. The spoke tensions would be too high.
I'd give these a try. American Classic 420, 34mm deep, alu clincher, 460g.
