Unless the so called bigger teams pull fingers out the last 16 will have a refreshingly different look. Hopefully points to international managers having to pull fingers out and go to win the opening games rather than not losing. What are the odds on England, France, Italy not making it to the 2nd round.
Not including Spain in that as they had a freak result against the Swiss which hopefully they'll bounce back from.
