I agree. At least the option of two strikers that can score goals (unlike Heskey), is a good thing; as well as the short+fast option that Defoe brings, mixed with the taller+hard-to-mark-for-headers option of Crouch, would be better than what we've had so far. I also feel that Defoe will be fouled and bring us penalties.

Crouch is shit.

Thats just inane. He scores goals for his club, and has an excellent goals-to-appearances ratio for his country.

In my opinion, two things are holding England back:

• Fear of Capello (who can produce their best work with their boss leaning over their shoulder?)
  
• Capello's Plan A (let Rooney at 'em), is also his Plans B, C and D.
