It is happening on the outside of the tube that goes against the tyre. There is one circle joined where valve is and another opposite for some reason. There is on Conti tubes any way. Looking at other tubes they don't seem to be made the same!
I have put a bigger one in now so will see how that goes as definitely not a tyre problem.
